Seeking mentorship or eager to share your expertise?
Join the ISEP Mentorship Program, an exclusive opportunity for members.
The purpose of the program is to assist novice or early-career individuals in developing a relationship with a more experienced mentor within the ISEP organization. The mentors and mentees will work together to allow benefit for both participants. This program is open to all ISEP members involved in educational planning, including but not limited to those in P-12 education, higher education, graduate programs, business/industry, etc.

This commitment to ethical behavior helps create a safe and supportive environment where mentees can confidently seek guidance and grow. By prioritizing ethical principles, we ensure that all participants feel valued and respected, promoting a culture of mutual respect and continuous learning.

In order to ensure that the mentor program is meeting its objectives, it is important to maintain open communication with all participants and to actively solicit feedback on the results.
All participants will complete an evaluation form at the end of the program. This may be in the form of a survey and/or interviews or focus groups to ask for program feedback. Use of the information obtained through these evaluations will be used to improve the mentor program for future mentors and mentees.
